ELEVATE is looking for Technical and Compliance Manger / APSCA Auditor for Australia office with an excellent opportunity to work in a multinational organization, that is growing consistently and rapidly. This role will be expected to review and analyze facility practices against local laws, client codes of conduct (COC), and best practices at a social compliance assessment. A social compliance assessment is to assess the labor, environmental, health & safety conditions, business ethics in manufacturing settings across industries, such as food, apparel, and electronics etc.

Compliance Manager
- Conduct random facility telephone audits and on-site visits in selected location based on the risk assessment.
- Provide surveillance and effective implementation of the Integrity Compliance Program.
- Monitor the performance and integrity conduct of the employees /contractors and the facility.
- Re-enforce and educate suppliers on the Elevate Integrity Compliance Policy.
- Provide an avenue for supplier to report and comment on the performance of audit.
- Support program planning team to ensure smooth delivery of the Audit/Training.
- Conduct the ethical sourcing audit as per the KPI
- Review the reports and upload them into the system
- Submit the report in a timely manner to the clients.
- Review the clients’ feedback form and take the required corrective actions.
- Support the auditors and update them on the local laws and new regulations.
- Conduct CAP management
- APSCA Auditor preferably CSCA.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the Business
- Preferred experience with an Auditing background
- Knowledge of ISO systems and Corporate Social Responsibility systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to Make Decision
