We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator to be responsible for the performance and compliance of our wider CDP team. The position supports the CDP team and ensures that all levels of management and employees comply with the requirements of CDP, particularly in relation to data entry.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Review and reconcile Documentary Evidence, including documentation held by remote CDP offices, and audit entries of this Documentary Evidence into the ECSN database at all times.
  • Conduct regular caseload and data reports to help identify potential claims or data deficiencies.
  • Ensure relevant information is disseminated throughout all CDP offices.
  • Monitor and track Employment and Participation Outcomes and ensure all available claims are processed through the CDP IT System and that Documentary Evidence meets guidelines.
  • Ensure that all Job Placements are documented in the system and the appropriate evidence of employment is sourced and maintained for audit purposes.
  • Ensure that comprehensive Post Placement Support services and data are provided, tracked and documented throughout the region.
  • Ensure CDP administration is completed in accordance with the CDP Funding agreement, including Documentary Evidence Guidelines.
  • Contribute to regular team meetings to identify work priorities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of contract and operational knowledge at all times.
  • Regular reporting to the CDP Manager as directed.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Assist with all inductions and training of new staff on the Employment and Community Services Network (ECSN) Database and all CDP software and systems, including regular best practice training updates on the CDP system when required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
  • Addressing issues of safety and quality.
  • Carrying out process support and development.
  • Assist with stakeholder/staff compliance and audits.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Highly effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Maturity in dealing with department managers.
