With such a deep understanding of our goals and values, we provide practical and commercial advice when it's needed most.About The RoleAs the Compliance Manager-Marketing your primary responsibilities will be responsible for implementing the marketing compliance program to assist the mitigation of regulatory, financial and reputational risk.You'll also:
- Designing and delivering training to improve marketing compliance understanding across relevant areas of the business.
- Developing tools, templates and guides to support marketing compliance
- Provide timely, accurate and trusted regulatory and compliance advice to the business
- Participate in key business / marketing initiatives to ensure business risks are identified and mitigated Identify and develop initiatives for continuous improvement
- Investigating potential compliance issues, monitoring corrective action plans and addressing root causes.
- Foster a strong compliance culture across the business by prioritising regulatory compliance and a focus on customer outcomes.
- Proven experience working in Compliance or related role (Risk Management, Legal, Quality Management, Audit or Marketing)
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations applicable to Australian regulatory retail environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong customer focus
- Proven ability to identify and translate legislation into simple and clear business procedure
- Experience preparing and delivering training
