As part of icare's major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, DXC has now commenced workers' compensation claims management in New South Wales.

Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.

The Compliance Officer will help support the implementation of internal control and governance framework to deliver business objectives. Ensure adherence to all contractual and legal obligations. Work with the Compliance team to contribute to developing and implementing organisational strategies, policies and practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with the NSW Workers Compensation Agency Agreement

  • Provide independent verification of performance to management

  • Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls

  • Support the conducting of audits

  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and fraud prevention

  • Liaise with internal and external clients on Compliance activities

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the compliance team

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Knowledge of NSW Worker's Compensation, Legislation, Policies and guidelines (

  • Claims management experience preferred

  • Compliance / Internal audit experience

  • Understanding of internal control framework testing and monitoring,

  • Risk management experience

  • Computer skills: Outlook and knowledge of the Microsoft Office .
