Responsibilities:
 

Responding to Student Inquiries: Field incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding events/programs and general assistance. Provide accurate and timely responses to address their needs and concerns and focus on exceptional customer service.

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve student complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Utilise resources and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our events/programs, services, and policies to accurately assist students and provide appropriate recommendations. Stay updated on event/programs changes, promotions, and company updates.
  • Maintaining Documentation: Accurately document student interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Events to address customer needs, share feedback, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
     

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Reliable computer/laptop and internet connection are necessary
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend events as needed on a rotational basis
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service or related field preferred.
    • Active Campaign and Thrive Cart knowledge desirable
