Where you can put ambition into action, and focus on making a difference to people’s lives.The RoleDesigned by award-winning architects Bates Smart, Ardency Kennedy Place combines spacious designer apartments, five-star service and deluxe amenities to set a new standard for premium retirement living.We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Concierge to join our dynamic team on a casual basis.Our Concierge is the go-to person for our residents, who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the village.Reporting to the Ardency Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guestsResponding to resident and guest enquiries and requestsAssisting with production of weekly newsletter and monthly journalsAdministrative tasks, accounts, email managementTake a hands-on approach to assist various areas of the businessDelivery of resident packages and room service mealLight tidying and cleaning of common areasDriving Resort Vehicle during some shiftsSet up and pack down of resident activitiesContractor management including inductionsAssisting the restaurant team when requiredEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interactionApprox 2 shifts per weekMonday- Friday: 3:30PM-8PMSaturday and Sunday: 8AM- 2PM and 2PM-8PMYour BackgroundYou will ideally have a background in hospitality and customer service.
