Receptionist / Concierge - Part Time

We are currently on a growth path within our group and are looking for our latest team member to join the CD Motor Group.

Who do we need?

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Receptionist / Concierge to work across our two Dealerships at Ferntree Gully Hyundai & Ferntree Gully Kia and Knox Mitsubishi.

This essential role will require a candidate with exceptional communication skills.

You will be responsible for the Front-Desk functions of these high-volume Dealerships.

Key Duties Include:        

• Answering and Distribution of Incoming Telephone Calls.
• Supporting Front-Of House staff in our New Car Showrooms
• Greeting Customers with a “Best Customer Experience” focus
• Ensuring the Showroom Facilities are regularly maintained and cleaned
• Some Data Entry
• Other Administrative duties as required
   

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a professional Reception role preferred
• Exceptional Customer service skills and Telephone Manner, with a genuine desire to help others
• High attention to detail, self-motivated, focused and reliable
• Strong Time-Management skills
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• High level of personal Presentation and Professionalism

Specific on the job training will be provided.  The successful applicant would be required to work Monday to Wednesday, plus every second Saturday.
