About the Role
As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
Content Creation: Support the development of fresh and original content for our social media platforms, providing creative insights and innovative ideas to captivate our audience.
Publication: Take the lead in creating original content for our publications, contributing to the production of high-quality lifestyle and investment articles.
Podcast Production: Assist in the production of engaging Podcast Shows by participating in interviews with special guests, ensuring a seamless and captivating experience for our listeners.
Client Engagement: Host client meetings, presentations, and interviews, extending a warm welcome to guests visiting our office and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Event Coordination: Keep a meticulous diary of events, activities, launches, presentations, and meetings, and actively participate in Kodari Lounge reception events, contributing to the success of our event management efforts.
Administrative Support: Be the first point of contact for all Kodari inquiries, handling telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests with professionalism and efficiency. Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Office Maintenance: Uphold the impeccable appearance of our office space. Ensure boardrooms are tidy, reception is welcoming, office plants are well-cared for, and the kitchen is clean and organized. Take charge of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workplace.
