Crezzco / Cresswell's Transport Pty. Ltd. is a medium-size family owned and operated business established 50+ years ago, based in Deloraine, Tasmania. Our main areas of business include, Pre-Mix Concrete supply and cartage, Quarrying operations, sales and cartage, Fertilizer sales and cartage and other Bulk Haulage. We are looking for a driver who is interested in learning how to safely and efficiently operate our concrete agitator trucks. A suitable candidate would be passionate about safety, results focused and have a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. This is a full time position with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.
Qualifications & experience
- You must have a current HR or HC Drivers Licence. Concrete Batching & Agitator Truck driving experience is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful candidate. Must have a professional attitude & strong work ethic, with a customer service oriented attitude. A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems would be beneficial. Must have a high regard for safety policies and procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities
- In your new role with us, you will: Schedule, batch and deliver pre-mix concrete to our customers. Operate modern, reliable and well maintained Agitator trucks & equipment. Assist with concrete batch plant, work yard and machinery maintenance & housekeeping.
