Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Batcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our concrete production process, ensuring the accurate batching of materials and adherence to quality standards. If you are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain concrete batching equipment.
  • Accurately measure and batch raw materials according to specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust machinery to ensure the proper mix consistency.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Record and maintain accurate production and inventory data.
  • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Batcher or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of concrete batching processes and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
