This business works in the commercial fitout market. Projects are delivered in the commercial fitout space working with many clients that are fortune 500 companies.The Role:
- 5-6 week contract
- Due to Bid Coordinator going on leave for a month
- Start Date: End of May (likely 27th May) for 5-6 weeks
- $45-50 p/hr + Super depending on experience
- North Sydney location, full time in the office
- Creating and formatting proposals and tender presentations through InDesign working with the marketing team
- Assisting with the collection and collation of information for bids/tenders
- Developing supporting visuals/graphics (e.g. diagrams, org. charts)
- Coordinating and tracking proposals
- Developing and maintaining marketing/corporate collateral
- Working to our brand style guide
- Providing administrative support as required
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design)
- 2-3 years’ marketing or project support/coordination experience in construction ideally
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and quality
- Focused personality but personable and a good relationship builder
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (esp. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Medium level proficiency in Adobe suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat)
