AddressComplete Staff Solutions are seeking a, physically fit CONCRETER with minimum MR Licence to join our busy local government client to work on curbs, gutters and footpaths across the North Sydney area
Reporting to the Civil Works Team Leader, you will work collaboratively with an enthusiastic and close-knit team. You will carry out various labouring duties and civil maintenance tasks associated with civil infrastructure maintenance and construction (such as asphalting, drainage and concreting works) in order to maintain the civil infrastructure throughout the North Sydney Local Government Area.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills and experience in a range of civil maintenance duties (e.g. concreting, paving, asphalting etc.)
- Proven ability to carry out work in accordance with established policies and procedures, as directed to the required standards in a safe and efficient manner.
- Understanding of and commitment to WHS and EEO principles and relevant legislation.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with the public in high profile areas.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Commitment to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Pro-active Attitude
- Must be physically fit and display good communication skills
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience as a conreter and hold relevant licences [including a car licence] to perform works.
