We're currently searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Concrete Maintenance Person to join our organisation in a full-time permanent position.

Position objectives
The Concrete Maintenance Person will be responsible for:
- To support the concrete, road maintenance and drainage teams by the provision of truck and mobile crane operation, together with labour for tasks associated with concrete, pipelaying and road maintenance works.
- This position is part of the Works & Infrastructure Concrete & Drainage Unit based at the MRCC Benetook Depot.
Qualifications and experience
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Ability to operate pouring and finishing machines, concrete cutting, grinding and trowelling machines.
- Ability to set out temporary traffic control signage in accordance with Australian Standards AS1742 Part 3 – 2019.
- Ability to operate other items of plant and equipment.
- Ability to accurately complete standard forms associated with the reporting requirements of the quality system.
- Current Driver’s Licence with light truck endorsement
- OH&S Construction Induction Card
- Hold a current and satisfactory Police Check or willingness to obtain.
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 3 of Council’s current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $63,885 to $67,907 per annum plus industry allowance, maintenance allowance and statutory superannuation.
