• Hold a current WHS white card

• The ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
• Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure projects are finished to a high standard 
   

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist experienced concreters in all aspects of concreting projects
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment & the work site regularly
• Learn to accurately measure and mix concrete components
• Assist in operating concrete mixing equipment.
• Assist in the setup and installation of formwork for concrete pours
• Learn to control the flow and distribution of concrete during the pour
• Develop skills in finishing techniques such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing concrete surfaces
• Use tools like trowels, screeds, and floats to achieve the desired finish
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols on construction sites
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project completion Work for this role is Sydney and Newcastle based, depending on the project!

Working Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 3.06 pm, subject to change with projects.
 

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Concreting, over a period of 24 months, Training options are flexible
