Due to going GANGBUSTERS and having a strategic place in the market, Premix Concrete SA is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concrete Drivers to join our Team.
Premix Concrete SA is looking for Drivers at our following sites,
- Salisbury - 2 Positions Only
- Gawler - 1 Position Only
- Lonsdale - 1 Position Only
- Callington - 2 Positions Only
This role will include, but not limited to, delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites, maintaining your truck to the highest standards and making Safety a priority…..AS WELL AS MAKING IT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK…!!!!!
This position will require flexibility to work on Saturdays.
What do we need from YOU……
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound.
- Delivering concrete to client sites along with managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete.
- Passing on customer concerns to Central Dispatch and Plant Supervisor.
- Carrying out daily cleaning of the truck and mixer
- The discharge of concrete
- As always……Looking after our Customers.
Also…!!!!…. You will need….
- A current heavy vehicle license, at least HR class
- Minimum 2 years of HR driving experience.
- Great driver history.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Flexible approach to work hours (Monday to Saturday).
- Professional manner in dealing with customers and your Team Members.
- Commitment to abide by NHVR rules.
- Have a great attitude and a demonstrated positive work ethic including being reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- If you have relevant concrete industry experience…THATS A BONUS…. and will be highly regarded……. However, DON’T STRESS training will be provided.
