Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Direction:

• Develop and implement the Professional Services strategy, aligning it with the organisation's overall objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Professional Services function.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the service portfolio and client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, clients, and industry partners.
• Represent the Professional Services function at industry events and conferences, contributing to thought leadership.

Operational Management and Oversight:

• Oversee the management of all Professional Services teams and projects.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Manage resource allocation, budgets, and financial performance across the department.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalate as needed, and implement corrective action.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across all engagements.
• Talent Management and Development:
• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the Professional Services team.
• Foster a high-performing culture that promotes development, innovation, and collaboration.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.
• Mentor and coach senior managers and staff, preparing them for leadership roles.
