Our client is currently on the lookout for a seasoned Concrete Supervisor to enhance their dynamic team. You'll assume a pivotal role in the construction of expansive commercial and industrial complexes across a number of sites located south of the river.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Demonstrated excellence in maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards across all operations.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing large-scale industrial concreting projects (ideally warehouses and large sheds)
- Proficient in formwork, groundworks, concrete, and concrete panels.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to read drawings with accurate precision.
- Own a car and have a valid driver's license.
- Mandatory possession of White Card.
- Supervise concrete construction process effectively.
- Adhere to project schedule and manage concrete works programming.
- Coordinate material orders and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with construction plans and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assist in team recruitment.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and solve construction challenges.
- Maintain safe work environments and optimize labor efficiency.
- Collaborate with Construction Supervisor to enhance construction methods.
