Field Service Supervisor

We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Service Supervisor is accountable for the ownership of the customer experience by providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment.The role is accountable for ensuring effective work order management and department performance to achieve WesTrac's targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, customer and WesTrac requirements.Location: Tom PriceRoster: (9D / 5O) Permanent Full-TimeTo be successful the following is required:

• Relevant HD Trade background. • Experience leading a team in a similar industry (desirable)
• Sound Communication and Engagement skills with the ability to issue clear directives in a high-risk working environment.
• Understanding of OH&S requirements and quality risk assessments
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and utilising the knowledge and rapport to exceed customer expectations.
• Experience working in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent Customer facing skills and relationships building skills.
• Ability to effectively utilise various computer systems.
