They deliver experimental techniques that not only enhance current fundamental and applied research, but also open up new avenues of investigation for Australian science. Their research facility based in Southern Sydney is seeking a skilled, hands on, Condition Monitoring Specialist to join their site maintenance and engineering team.
Duties include:
- Coordinating and supervising Condition Monitoring activities for the site
- Undertaking rotating equipment monitoring and acceptance tests
- Undertaking inspections, and troubleshooting potential issues
- Seeing projects through to completion and supporting on-site trades
- Working with the maintenance and operations teams and managing on-site relationships
- Australian Citizenship (Essential)
- A relevant trade background
- Vibration Analysis Category II Certification
- Experience with lubrication, thermography analysis (advantageous)
- SAP experience (preferential)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
