The Gallery, Gosfords newest Conference and Events Centre is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and lead the way in creating unforgettable experiences in our brand-new hospitality venue, due to open early 2024.

Our mission is pretty clear – we aim to provide the Central Coast with a Conference and Events Centre that surpasses expectations. Our goal is to breathe life into events, right here, at the heart of the Central Coast.
Who we are:
Right now, we are one of the most successful hospitality businesses on the NSW Central Coast, which is why we are building a brand-new venue to push the boundaries even further. This multi-story venue, with capacity for over 2000 patrons, will immediately become an iconic landmark to locals and visitors alike.
The upper floor will house The Gallery, our brand-new Conference and Events Centre, seating up to 500 delegates.
For those of you who don’t know, Gosford is just an hour north of Sydney and is surrounded by beautiful beaches, waterways and national parks. The area is really booming but cost of living is still a fraction of Sydney’s. The Central Coast is an awesome place to live & work!
What you’ll be doing?
- Use organisational skills to plan and execute a variety of events, from corporate conferences to extravagant weddings and everything in between.
- Proactively manage budgets, timelines and resources to ensure events are executed flawlessly and within parameters. Don’t worry, we have a stash of magic wands to help!
- Connect with clients and become their trusted event planning sidekick. Understand their needs, listen to their dreams and shape them into reality.
- Embrace challenges on the fly – we don’t have problems; we have opportunities for solutions.
- Keep things organised. Our functions database is the secret ingredient to a well-oiled machine. We keep all client contact details and proposed costs up to date so that we don’t have to worry about a thing.
- Get social! We are always on the lookout for the latest and greatest trends and opportunities. You may be attending conferences and trade shows to soak up some inspiration and network with clients to create business opportunities.
- Understand that the market is like a racetrack and things often move at the speed of light. Time is precious and we pride ourselves on being able to respond to clients quickly and professionally.
- Teamwork makes the dream work – communication is key! We keep the whole team involved and work together to create an amazing and seamless experience for our clients.
