Crown’s Conservatory Restaurant is looking for multiple highly motivated Chef de Parties looking to advance their career. This is your opportunity to showcase your leadership and culinary skills, train and mentor a large diverse team and deliver exceptional customer service in Crown’s Forbes rated 5 star establishment. 
 
As a Chef de Partie your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in the day to day operation as well as providing leadership, support and coaching to the team. You must be highly motivated and have the ability to remain calm in high pressure environments.

• Previous experience in a similar premium dinning, high volume restaurant or International buffet 
• Effective leadership skills including ability to train and mentor your team
• Display creativity and passion for flavours, textures and colours
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership in handling responsibilities
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 
• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
