As a result of continuous national growth, LAI Group are seeking General Labourers to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Adelaide (Ferryden park) within our Switchroom department. We would like team members who are excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.
Schedule
Full-time
A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime).
Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration).
Immediate start
The Position
We are looking for experienced candidates with roofing and cladding knowledge that will become a vital part of our construction team for the manufacture of transportable buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of cladding and flashings.
- Connect structural base frames together as per drawings.
- Install wall and roof trusses.
- Installation of CFC flooring.
- Prepare transportable buildings for transport.
The Candidate
- Experience in all aspects of cladding.
- Understands the process when installing flashings.
- Can install gutters and downpipes.
- Experience with steel framework construction.
- Ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as needed.
- High attention to detail.
- Great organisational skills and time management skills.

- Elevated Work Platform - SL
- Forklift licence
