Are you an experienced Construction Lawyer looking for a change to the traditional private practice model.
This a great opportunity for a Construction Lawyer to join the team of four lawyers and 3 legal assistants. This is a non-traditional role that offers.

Set hours 8.30 to 5.30pm and a
Car park!
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Construction Law, with knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to confidently present your legal advice to clients verbally and often over the phone.
You will be dealing with small, medium and large construction clients to assist with legal issues and guide the clients to gain some clarity.
The ability to handle a high-volume workload is also essential but doesn’t extend beyond your working day.
Experience and qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience practising Construction Law
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
