This role is looking for an experienced lawyer with 5+ PAE to join the legal team in Brisbane. It involves a diverse range of legal matters, including-
- Negotiation and review of equipment supply contracts
- Front-end Construction
- Major Projects
- Drafting Commercial Contracts
- Natural Resources
- Corporate Advisory
- Procurement
- Have 5 Years PAE in a large corporate commercial organisation.
- Have front-end construction experience including exposure to the negotiation and review of contracts.
- You will either be coming out of in-house or a mid or top tier firm.
- Have the ability to grasp business needs and provide timely legal advice from a commercial perspective
