Our client is an international ground engineering and foundation services company, operating across the country. They are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join them on a permanent basis and oversee their construction operations in WA & NT and lead an ambitious team of engineers and other construction professionals.

What you will be doing as a Construction Manager:

• Leading a team consisting of PMs, PEs and other construction professionals
• Managing and controlling all aspects of the company's projects in WA & NT, including H&S, commercial & contractual aspects
• Overall planning and programming of the works
• Staffing and management of the team
• Management of subcontractors to meet objectives and deadlines

What you should bring to the table:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar area
• 10+ years of post graduate experience in Project Management of construction projects
• Experience in piling/foundation services/ground engineering
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Willingness to travel as travel to remote areas will be required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
