Construction Manager - High-End Construction Salary: $160k - $200k + Super + Car Location- Office in Bayside

The Role: My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering outstanding results.

My client's average contract price is between $3-$4m builds so experience with similar builds is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maximise building turnover by ensuring jobs under construction achieve budgeted timelines and are within cost.
• Monitor construction personnel to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve Construction turnover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the high-end construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
