Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager on the Gold Coast to work closely with our handpicked team of professionals and enjoy the unique opportunity of working directly with our in-house engineers, architects and Project Managers to deliver projects in the Gold Coast, SE QLD & Nth NSW regions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Managing key stakeholder relationships ensuring future growth of the company;
· Planning and delivering your projects to contracted delivery timeframes;
· Delivering projects within budget and identifying value throughout;
· Managing required resources to deliver projects to a high level of finish;
· Ensuring site safety and environmental compliance;
· Construction input into tendering and contract review.
The Successful Person will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of Multi Residential & Commercial Construction Projects and possess an appropriate tertiary qualification.
