The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of major building and construction projects across their lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, incorporating feasibility, planning, design, delivery, and review. You will also be responsible for leading all major construction works, as well as significant refurbishment works as they arise to meet strategic objectives. - Extensive experience in leading and managing large scale building projects
- Communication skills including the ability to write and deliver business cases for projects, feasibility forecasts and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
- Advanced ability to organise, plan, manage and deliver numerous projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills and decision making abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in records management and documentation
- Work with a leading not for profit organisation, who have strong values and ethics
