Due to ongoing growth Cooper McCullough Group have supervisor and leading hand roles available for ongoing works throughout Central Queensland, across multiple coal mine sites & civil council/main roads projects.
Requirements and Experience:
- Excellent safety record on your past projects
- Excellent all-round communication skills to liaise with client contacts and lead teams successfully
- QLD Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- S123 & G2
- Driven, motivated with an ability to problem solve
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The day to day supervision of labour, equipment and sub contractor’s requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and on time and budget
- Arrangement of plant, labour and material resources for the project
- Monitoring & reporting on projects daily performance;
- Identifying contract variations & participating in negotiations in respect of scope changes;
- Ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
- Developing teams & individual competence.
