The role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in Central Coast. You will be managing up to 20 projects to supervise. My client is seeking an experienced operator with a minimum of 4+ years behind them working with a project homes builder.
What is in it for you:
On offer is up to $130,000 basic salary plus superannuation, along with a car, phone, laptop.
Requirements / Experience
- - You will have experience & be proficient at handling volume projects
- - You will have 4+ years experience of working for volume builders
- - Ideally you will come from a trade background
- - Ability to efficiently communicate with your trades on site
- - Be well presented and a good communicator to sub-contractors
