As the Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future. You will not simply be part of the team, but a proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude, integral to driving our clients’ construction efforts.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are essential for the smooth operation and continual growth of the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:
- build quality homes in accordance with plans, specifications and company construction policies and procedures within contracted timeframes.
- day to day scheduling, management, and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks.
- ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
- ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
- enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations.
- attend monthly construction meetings.
- QBCC building supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months.
- construction induction safety certificate (white card).
- trade/construction background.
- current drivers’ licence.
- strong leadership & motivational skills.
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors.
- an ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications.
- exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- confidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of people.
- ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- good communication skills, including oral and written communication.
