About the role

We are seeking a Construction/Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-going basis with trade background  preferred with 2 or more years of proven experience in volume housing site management.. 

As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus will be  manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and handover stage. Reporting to the Construction Manager and Directors on occasions, some key accountabilities of this role include:

• Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base
• Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
• Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
• Weekly KPI reporting

To be successful in this role  :

• You MUST be from trade background  preferred with 2 or more years of proven experience in volume housing site management.
• You must be an organised and driven individual to ensure successful results are achieved.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing 15-20 homes at any given time
