What you will do:
Become part of our team and play a proactive role in shaping the strategies necessary for our clients to overcome their challenges and revolutionise their businesses, departments and organisations.
Drawing on our extensive industry knowledge, you will employ analysis, assessments, and innovation to assist our clients in streamlining operations, enhancing overall efficiencies and driving transformation agendas.
As a member of your project team you will:
Work alongside Public Sector and industry clients as well as colleagues of all levels and to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
- Assist C-suit clients and government leaders in defining their organisational strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.
- Aid client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.
- Support business development by contributing to proposal development.

What you will bring:
- Bachelors and/or advance degree
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience within a strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
