AddressDWS are seeking experienced Senior IT Business Analysts with a broad range of enterprise scale project experience in a functional sense to join our Sydney office on a permanent basis.
Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: up to $180,000 including Super (depending on experience)
Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or other permanent work rights – DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.
What you will bring:
- Significant IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise scale BFSI projects
- Must have Financial Services or Wealth Management experience in heavily regulated environments
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments
- Functional business focus on technical projects in your work as a BA
- Minimum of 18 months local experience in a Banking, Wealth, Finance environment
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken & written English
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence
- A formal BA qualification is essential, such as IIBA CCA, CBAP or AAC
- Commercial experience in applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, BPMN, DevOps
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
