The opportunity
Join our dynamic and diverse Customer Experience team permanent full time or part time work options!
- Our contact hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:36pm or 8:54am – 5pm.
- Part Time opportunities are a minimum of 22.8 hours per week
- In house training will be provided at our modern Footscray Office, close to public transport, 4 weeks paid fulltime training to set you up for success!

As our Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to customer enquiries and interactions proactively, resolving queries through interactions that embody trust, valued expertise, and responsiveness. You will play a critical role achieving positive outcomes that deliver on our service commitment to our customers.

Duties
- Provide an exceptional quality of customer service in every customer interaction either via, an inbound call, email, 2-way SMS or webchat
- Proactively promote and follow GWW Customer Service standards, principles, and policies
- Collaboratively work within the team environment to achieve targets and goals
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a customer first strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business that will assist with achieving positive customer satisfaction outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise and enjoy working within a lively customer service environment
- Proven interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build key relationships
- A self-starter with initiative, drive, flexibility, and motivation to achieve positive outcomes
- Ability to work within a structured environment, that includes following set policies, procedures & practices
- Sound decision making and reasoning skills
- Experience in using multiple software systems
