An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for an Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join our Aftersales team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership, you will be responsible for providing guidance and exceptional customer service to our clients in their post-purchase experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the New & Used Car sales team and their customers to offer and sell them Aftermarket products and services.
- Assist customers in identifying their Aftermarket needs to add value to their vehicle.
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure Aftermarket products are to a high standard.
- Act as a second point of contact for customers when the sales team are occupied.
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field (sales or customer service) would be advantageous, but not essential.
