The Role
- The Consultant – Channel Performance role will be responsible for:
- Analysing website data to deliver actionable insights, identify issues and opportunities that support sales, service and customer satisfaction initiatives on nab.com.au for both Run and Change perspective.
- Reporting on key metrics for nab.com.au on a frequent basis and providing commentary on key performance drivers
- Identifying and improving ways to automate reporting for the broader Digital Domain as it relates to nab.com.au.
- The Consultant – Channel Performance role will be a subject matter expert in data / analytics, specifically in website and digital and provide support for ad-hoc analytics requests.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high quality analysis that offers actionable insights / recommendations to positively impact Digital success metrics (e.g. Site conversion, App starts, Digital self-service adoption, Service leakage)
- At a high level, size opportunities, benefits with recommendations to ensure initiatives are prioritised according to business priorities.
- Produce high quality management reports / dashboards on a frequent basis supplemented with quality commentary and be able to present at forums consisting of various levels of management.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years experience in a highly analytical role, specifically in the digital space
- Confidently work with ease and speed using Microsoft Office applications and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare)
- Deliver high quality analysis that offers actionable insights / recommendations to positively impact Digital success metrics (e.g., Site conversion, App starts, Digital self-service adoption, Service leakage)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
- At a high level, size opportunities, benefits with recommendations to ensure initiatives are prioritised according to business priorities.
- Produce high quality management reports / dashboards on a frequent basis supplemented with quality commentary and be able to present at forums consisting of various levels of management.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity.
