Just Digital people are working with a super recognisable melbourne retailer. They are after a CRM & Customer Analytics Lead with a salary of up to $120k - 130k plus super.

Who they are really looking for?

• Good knowledge of consumer behaviour sciences and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge on how to measure and track product marketing performance and engagement
• Experience with CRM platforms like DotDigital 
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
• Strong account and project management
