About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join the People and Culture department at Origin Energy on a part-time basis (3 days per week). You will work with a passionate team that is dedicated to making a positive impact for employees and the community.
Why the role matters
In this role, you will focus on providing quality specialist support for the operation and administration of employee share plans and equity incentives programs to ensure their effectiveness and compliance. You will also contribute to Employee Performance and recognition management activities and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development of employee share plans and equity incentive programs
Administering the Employee Share Plan
Supporting the operations of equity incentives
Partnering with key stakeholders and collaborating with the Share Registry
Providing support for Employee Performance and recognition activities.
What will you bring?
Your passion for numbers, superb analytical expertise, and eye for detail will set you apart. You will have the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience through customer relationship management and service delivery. You will also have knowledge of HR administration and analytical and reporting tools, HR processes, experience in a reward or generalist HR role, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Desirable Requirements
Prior experience in an employee share plan operations role, understanding of employee share scheme tax matters, and formal Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or related qualifications will be highly regarded.
