- Operational effectiveness - we optimise core HR processes to keep HR relevant – think processes honed by design thinking, applications tuned with digital technology and services tailored for a seamless employee experience. We help organisations put disruptive trends to work in an HR operating model built to deliver impact the business values
As well as this, you will:
- Work collaboratively across multiple service lines and alongside service line leaders to deliver best in class solutions to our clients; design and participate in client workshops.
- Develop project deliverables.
- Participate in practice development activities to continually develop your skills and grow your knowledge.
- Providing insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across HR.
- Challenging clients to think commercially from a holistic organisational perspective and not solely from a HR viewpoint.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the business by delivering sales opportunities.
