Contribute to reporting and insights for the People & Culture Domain Support the transition to strategic state reporting Create and maintain people-related management information Provide data and analysis support for key people initiatives Source and transform People Data Communicate insights in simple and engaging ways Address ad hoc questions and queries Enable self-service data sourcing and analysis Ensure data integrity and accuracy Monitor external trends and identify opportunities to enhance people analytics tools and methods Participate in knowledge sharing to contribute to the growth and success of the team This role comes with the following benefits:
