Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Undertake research, analysis and support the development, coordination and evaluation of Department of Justice workforce strategies, policies, programs and procedures.
- Develop and review human resource policies, procedures and guidelines including maintenance of this information on the intranet.
- Provide advice to managers and employees on matters including workforce strategy, employment programs and People Strategy initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to identify capability development requirements and other workforce needs.
- Produce written documents including policy documents, reports, presentations, plans, proposals, promotional materials and articles.
- Support and coordinate the collection, analysis and dissemination of the Department's workforce data.
- Coordinate and monitor employment programs across the Department.
- Support the implementation of significant projects (aligned to workforce planning strategic initiatives) related to leadership, learning and capability development, employee performance enhancement, succession planning and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in a business, management, human resources, and/or behavioural science related discipline.
