Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Consultants to form part of our national Consulting practice. Accountable for the management and facilitation of business investigations you will be required to consult to our clients on best practices across a broad range of industries.
We are looking for creative individuals who challenge the status quo, are excellent communicators, and are passionate about solving complex business problems. We pride ourselves on our strong team culture and the ability to deliver great outcomes for our clients.
How You Will Make an impact:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment
- Proficient in preparing solutions and improvements to processes and systems by recommending more efficient and effective operating models.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma principles & XEP3 tooling is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present business requirements.
- SDLC and system migration experience
- Ability to plan and deliver streams of work, including defining client problems and co-designing solutions.
- Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
