YOUR ROLE    

Join us and play a part in shaping the future of our Technology & Operations teams Future focused capability. We’re seeking a dynamic team player to support the delivery and ongoing development of our T&O skills framework, learning & Career Pathways to ensure our people are future fit and ‘ready for anything’. 

Some of the key responsibilities will be:- 

• Collaborate with our Capability team to deliver, implement, educate, and iterate our skill & capability frameworks and associated pathways. While ensuring consistency and continuous improvement of our tools and initiatives. 
• Actively contribute to the development and maturity of the T&O Capability offerings through continuous improvement and simplification activities. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Contribute to the development of our Capability suite of deliverables to support our T&O team to be “Engaged and Capable”. 

ABOUT YOU    

• Knowledge of capability, Learning and development practices and the frameworks to support outstanding delivery.  
• Experience in skill/capability framework implementation. 
• Ability to present concepts, data, and ideas, both visually and verbally. 
• Excellent co-ordination and planning skills. 
• Knowledge of technical learning needs and assessments. 
• Outstanding team player with strong communication skills. 
• Passionate about People, Technology, and the shared outcomes they can deliver. 
• Qualification/experience in Learning, HR, Training or Organisational Development. 
• Knowledge of Sharepoint design and development. 
• You have a data driven mindset and understand assessments, measurement, and metrics and how to report to our stakeholders. 
• Fluent in Microsoft tools and Agile ways of working.
