The Opportunity  

Reporting to the Head of Consulting Services, we have an opportunity to join us as a Consulting Services Manager supporting our Enterprise customers in a permanent full-time role.

We combine industry specific workflows, built-in to our product, with highly skilled consultants understanding the customer specific requirements and business characteristics. Customers are at the center of everything we do, and we are obsessed with delivering future proof business solutions, helping our customers achieve their ambitions.  

Leading a team of Leaders and their direct reports across Australia and New Zealand, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the consulting business to drive customer success and adoption of our platforms through services associated with onboarding, product utilisation, migration, customisation and integrations including 3rd parties. 

The role is accountable for achieving key targets including revenue, margin, billable utilisation, team engagement and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that solutions and services are designed to meet customer needs and are of high quality, delivering an amazing customer experience. You will: 

- Build and develop a customer centric and high performing consulting services organisation, contributing to a high pace growth journey

- Own and drive the consulting services business within your area. You’ll contribute in setting budgets, and you’ll be responsible of meeting business performance targets within your business area

- Develop and build high performing and highly engaged teams. Managing capacity to demand, optimising the teams’ utilisation

- Develop campaigns and drive services sales with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve sales targets

- Contributing with best practice approach in delivering services and solutions to customers

- Build a team structure ready to further scale, utilising the different consulting roles in an optimal way

- Establish structures for continuous learnings and improvements, making sure both the team and the supporting processes, methods and tools meet current and future demand- striving to give our customers the very best experience and value

- Transition and transforming the consulting services team and the business in line with the vision. 

About You  

- You’ll have previous experience in managing a consulting services business, and how to organise, optimise and structure delivery of a mix of delivery motions  

- Experience in building and growing high performing teams while retaining healthy margins 

- Demonstrated ability to execute commercially driven decision making and drive change and business transformation 

- Experience in leading a team of managers and their teams, guiding and coaching them to achieve the outcomes expected 

- You come with a solid background and knowledge of what good looks like in a high-performance consulting services organisation, delivering business management solutions to customers 

- Knowledge of sales processes of software, ideally business management platforms like ERP, and how to propose implementation services with software  

- Experience in driving change and business transformation in a growth environment  

- Experience in optimising the time to competency for new employees, and setting up structures for ongoing learnings and continuous improvements 

- Knowledge of Implementation Methodologies and the ability to develop, train team members and ensure the use of Implementation Methodologies for successful projects
