Join BDO as a Vacationer in our Consulting team in either June 2024, or November 2024!
BDO is one of the world’s leading audit, accounting, advisory and consulting firms. We provide a range of services to clients of all sizes and industries across Australia.
Our Consulting team work together to deliver end to end strategy and execution engagements, or more targeted operational and project engagements.
As a Vacationer in our Consulting team, you will gain experience within the different consulting service offerings which include:
- Business Strategy and Transformation
- Operations Consulting
- Business Optimisation
- People & Change
- Remuneration & Reward
- ESG Advisory
What you’ll get:
- 4-to-8-week program completing full-time, paid work experience during the university semester break
- Support from your buddy and manager
- Networking and social activities with your vacationer cohort and the wider firm
- Innovation activities which bring the cohort together
- Opportunities to learn and develop both technical and people skills

What you’ll offer:
- Your willingness to apply your knowledge from your relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Due to the wide variety of service offerings, we’ll consider a wide range of degrees across Business, Commerce, Law, Psychology, Engineering and Science for this vacationer opportunity.
- You will be in your penultimate or final year!
- Your availability to commence in either June 2024 or November 2024 for 4-8 weeks. Length of program and available intakes may vary in each location.
