About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for someone who collaborates well in a team environment, and who has strong administration skills to work at our QLD State Office in Sandgate on a full time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. Reporting to the National Consumer Engagement Manager the Customer Engagement Officer will support the Consumer Engagement team with daily administrative activities including oversight and coordination of the RISC net feedback system and will monitor incoming feedback. This role will also provide support on a periodic basis to the wider Quality team.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provides daily oversight and administrative support for first stage of complaint resolution.
  • Provide reports to the Consumer Engagement team from RISCnet.
  • Provide daily monitoring and update of RISCnet records including RISCnet alerts.
  • Escalation and communication of High Risk complaints to the CE team .
  • Accurately maintain communication templates.
  • Adhere to document distribution protocols.
  • Monitoring and Coordinating feedback inbox and associated emails.
  • Updating of digital filing systems across multiple platforms.
  • Manage administration tasks associated with the Consumer Engagement team
  • Manage the archiving process
  • Respond positively and efficiently to customer enquiries.
  • Maintenance of databases of key stakeholders ie Department of Health, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
  • Maintain and respect confidentiality of information at all times
  • Leadership Team Support including production, formatting and distribution of correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and high standard of documentation.
  • Motivate and lead by example to deliver the Regis standards of customer service
  • Project management of functions, events and meetings as required
  • Ensure appropriate venues and necessary equipment is available for meetings
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive administrative experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in an aged care or health environment
  • Project experience - either supporting or managing project work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft office suite with emphasis on Word Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Reliability, and a well organised approach, comfortable making decisions and asking for help when appropriate
  • Forward-thinking ability, ability to work both autonomously and in a team
