Your Opportunity:
The position of Pharmacist – Senior (Complex Discharge) will:
- Provide high level clinical pharmacy services and provide day to day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners to high acuity and complex oncology, medical and surgical patients following discharge.
- Actively participate in teaching and training, service development and improvement, supervision and departmental planning.
