ABOUT THE ROLEJoin our dynamic team as a quantitative Account Lead and be at the forefront of innovation and impact. As an integral part of our delivery team, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the research and insight process, you will use your expertise to design, manage, and report on projects that make a real difference.
Responsible for delivering projects end to end, your canvas will be diverse, working with a spectrum of clients, and your output will be nothing short of game-changing insights. With your excellent quantitative research skills and amazing analysis skills, you'll tackle ad-hoc and tracking projects like a pro.
With your marketing know-how and talent for storytelling, you'll translate complex findings into impactful strategies that set our clients on the path to success.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU
You hold a university degree in your area of expertise. With 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment, you've honed your skills in Quantitative Research. You have fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, psychology or social science fields.
You have a track record of leading and executing ad-hoc and tracking projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical abilities. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity to solve complex challenges with our clients.
As a natural leader, you excel at collaborating with your team, mentoring others, and guiding clients to success.
