About this role

We are seeking two customer focused and dedicated contact center agents to join the team in Launceston. 

There is currently one permanent full time position and one permanent part time position working approximately 3-4 days per week, Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8am and 5.30pm. 

What will you be doing?

  • Driving the delivery of high quality Contact Centre services
  • Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency over the phone and through our online booking platform  
  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care 
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers 


  
Our ideal team members will have: 

  • Adaptability to evolving changes in workflow 
  • Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations   
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy   
  • Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential 
  • As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
